Director
Born on September 9th, 1972 in Nikolayev Graduated from the Engineering – economic faculty of Nikolayev Shipbuilding institute with a major in Economics Until May 2001 worked as an auditor Since 2001 hold executive positions in the field of transport. He was a head of the State Department of Sea and River transport (financial and economic activity), the State Sea Pilot Service, the State Enterprise «Delta – Lotsman». On January 31st 2008 he was appointed as Acting Director of the SE «Delta – Lotsman». In May 2008 by the order of the Minister of Transport and Communication of Ukraine appointed as Director of the SE «Delta – Lotsman». Mr. Golodnitskiy is awarded with the title of «Honored Worker of Sea and River Transport» (2003), «Honored worker of transport of Ukraine (2009)», Order for Merit 3rd Grade (2009)
 Nikolay Schurikov,
First Deputy Director
Born on November 7th, 1970 in Kiev In 1992 graduated from Kiev State Institute of Physical Culture. In 2007 graduated from Yuzhnaya Academy of Continued education of Personnel of the Ministry of Industrial Policy of Ukraine with a major in Enterprise Economics and Management. Currently, he studies at the Master Training Department of the Government Service of Odessa National Academy of Law . 1992 – 2005: hold executive positions at the Private sector. In 2005 he was appointed as Deputy Director on Economic Security of the Enterprise, Deputy Director on Administration, First Deputy Director of the SE «Delta – Lotsman». In 2007 – appointed to the position of First Deputy Head of the SE «Dnipro-Bugsky Trade port» In May of 2008 appointed to the position of First Deputy Director of the SE «Delta – Lotsman». Mr. Shurikov is awarded with the title of «Honored worker of Sea and river transport», ‘’Honored worker of transport of Ukraine», «Honored Economist of Ukraine» (Decree of the President of Ukraine ¹715 of August 20, 2007).

Born on April 23 1975 in Ochakov, Nikolayev region. In 1997 graduated from the Economic faculty of Nikolayev Agricultural Institute. 1997 – 2000 worked in the Nikolayev Regional Directorate of the «Ukraine» Bank. 2000 – 2003 – Deputy Chief Accountant, Chief Accountant of the Nikolayev Regional Department of the Ukrainian State Innovation Company. 2003 - 2005 – Financial Economist, Head of the Financial Service of the SE «Delta – Lotsman» Since 2005 - Head of the Financial Service of the SE «State Sea Pilot Service» Since 2007 – Director of «Tebder – Consulting» LLC. Since February 2008 –Deputy Director for Economic and Financial Affairs of the Se « Delta – Lotsman». Ms. Melekhina is awarded with the title of «Honored worker of Sea and River Transport».
 Vladimir Sharabura,
Deputy Director for VTS and Pilot Services
Born on August 25, 1952 in the Primorye Territory (Russian Federation). In 1975 graduated from Far Eastern Higher Engineer Maritime College Till 1982 worked in Kamchatka Shipping Company «Vostokrybholodflot» Since 1982 – worked as Chief Officer, Master, Deputy Harbor Master, Head of the Pilot Service of the Nikolayev Sea Trade Port. Since 1998 - Chief Pilot, Pilot – Mentor of the SE «Delta – Lotsman». In 2005 was appointed to the position of Deputy Director on Navigation Safety of the SE «Delta – Lotsman». Since February 2008 worked as Deputy Director on VTS Pilot Services of the SE «Delta – Lotsman». Mr. Sharabura is awarded with the title of «Honored Worker of Sea and River transport», «Honored worker of transport of Ukraine».

Deputy Director for Technical Affairs
Born on August 18th, 1967 in Odessa In 1992 graduated from Odessa State Academy (major – «Ship power plants maintenance»). 1992 – 1996 – worked as machinist, mechanic at the vessel of the Black Sea Shipping Company. 1996 – 2004 worked at foreign vessels. Companies: "Torg Shiping" and "V Ships Ukraine". Studied in Germany, has certificates of the International Company "Caterpillar - MaK Motoren", which met the requirements of ISM and International Conventions standards. 2004-2006 – Head of the Odessa Regional Service of Fleet Operation and Support of SE «Delta – Lotsman». 2006 - Deputy Director for Fleet of the SE «State Sea Pilot Service» In March 2006 was invited to the position of Deputy Port Fleet Head on Operation, Head of Fleet Service of the SE «Odessa Sea Trade Port». Since March 2008 – Deputy Director for Technical Affairs of the SE «Delta Lotsman».
 Yevgeniy Getsevichv,
Deputy Director for Navigation Safety
Born on December 25th, 1957 in Nikolayev. In 1981 – graduated from Odessa Higher Engineer Maritime College, major in «Navigation on shipping routes». Has Diploma of the Sea Master. Started his career at the position of 4th Officer on the vessels of the Black Sea Shipping Company (1981 – 1993), and achieved the Captain position. 1993 – Head of the Representative Office of «Blasco – Istambul», Odessa. Since 1995 hold managerial positions at the Black Sea Shipping Company, «Silver Line, ltd» Company (London), «Delphin» Company, SE «Joint Enterprise of Transport support of the State Administrative Department». In 2005 – Main Consultant of the Department for Transport Support of the State Administrative Department. Since 2006 –Deputy Director for Navigation Safety of the SE «Delta – Lotsman». Member of the Nautical Institute of the Great Britain in Ukraine (since 2005). Member of the Odessa Sea Captains Association (since 1990 ã.). |
